Do I need to file an accident report?
You will need to file an accident report if the total damage is greater than $700. If the total damage is less than $700 you are not required to file an accident report. For more information go to Texas Department of Public Safety.

Can my paint color be matched?
Your vehicle carries a paint code often printed on a label under the hood. This code is used to determine the paint mixing formula. However in actual vehicle production there are slight variations in the paint color that are unnoticeable unless viewed together.

If vehicle’s paint is not an exact match to the factory paint formula there are some techniques we can use to remedy the slight variation. The first if to adjust the tinting to better match what is seen on the auto.

If tinting does not yield a match blending techniques are used. A bit of remaining tinting variance can be made invisible by paining the areas adjacent to the repair area so that the color changes are unnoticeable.

How long does an estimate take?
You may bring you auto in any time during business hours and we can complete an estimate in about 20 minutes. Estimates are free and carry no obligation.

When can I wash my vehicle?
Within the first 30 days use only a ‘touch free’ car wash. Do not wax or polish the vehicle.

Can I take my car to the repair shop of my choice?
Yes. Your insurance company cannot require you to have your vehicle repaired at a specific auto body repair shops. Your policy will cover the reasonable cost of repairing your vehicle to its pre-accident condition no matter where you have repairs made.

Am I responsible for obtaining more than one estimate?
Your insurance company may require more than one estimate before settling your claim. Multiple estimates help insurers determine the extent of your loss and prevent fraudulent claims. However, your insurance company cannot require unreasonable travel for you to obtain an estimate or for the company to inspect your vehicle.
